Thank you for selecting our Home Delivery service. We will outline some of our recommendations and the steps we take during the delivery.

If you have purchased Alcohol we are required to sight an adult or view your ID.
Order Confirmation: When you place your order, you will receive a SMS, with your order information and your delivery date. If this information is incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible.
Delivery Window: When our driver starts their day, we send an ETA to all of our customers with a 1hr time window to give you a better idea of our arrival, and for you to plan your day better.
Enroute: A SMS will be sent to you when we are heading your way. You will receive a tracking link which shows a live map of our location, plus an ETA.
Arrived: When we arrive to your location, you will receive a SMS telling you that we have arrived.
Completed: Once the delivery is complete, you will be sent a SMS confirming.
Delayed: When we are particularly busy, we may run behind schedule. We will let you know if we are running slightly late and we will send you a tracking link with an ETA.
