Customers should also be aware of the following inherent risks and warnings: Alcohol should be consumed in moderation and never in conjunction with operating a motor vehicle or machinery.

Women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects.

Alcohol consumption may cause health problems.

A case of wine is heavy, so extra care should be taken when lifting it. If you are concerned about the weight, we advise that you transfer the bottles 1 or 2 at a time.

Red wine may cause staining if spilt, so extra care should be taken.

Sparkling wines can be volatile due to the build-up of gasses. Extra care should be taken when opening these.

Your use of, or reliance on, any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT

For the purposes of Schedule 2 of the Australian Consumer Law, in particular Sections 51 to 53, 64 and 64A of Part 3-2, Division 1, Subdivision A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, The Saffa Shop’s liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: the supplying of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again. You must be over 18 years of age to use this website and to purchase any goods or services.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fastway, TNT and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Orders placed before noon daily are eligible for same day dispatch, but generally are dispatched within the next business day.

Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Same Day Delivery service options are based on spend and location limitations. Terms and conditions must be met to qualify for same day delivery.

Free Shipping offers May apply and may be varied from time to time. Please review spend and location limitations associated with Free Shipping offers at all times.

Please review our Dispatch Guide for a full list of delivery options available. These lists are only a guide and subject to change with limited notice. During Covid-19 and lockdown restrictions, please allow at least one day for dispatch, and an extra day for anticipated delivery. These guides apply only where Same Day delivery is not eligible.

 

Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of The Saffa Shop. A tracking number will be issued via Email and can be found in ‘My Account’. Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The Saffa Shop handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Any Parcels that have failed to be collected in the given time frame provided by the courier, will be returned to The Saffa Shop at the couriers discretion. Any associated costs with the return of your order will be deducted from the balance owed to you. Any Meat Products, Original Shipping Costs and/or Clearance Items that have past their Best Before date will not be refunded.

The Saffa Shop may from time to time provide on its website, links to other websites, advertisements and information on those websites for your convenience. This does not necessarily imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval or arrangement between The Saffa Shop and the owners of those websites. The Saffa Shop’s website may contain information or advertisements provided by third parties for which The Saffa Shop accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any information or advice provided to you directly by third parties. JURISDICTION This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of Victoria and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and The Saffa Shop that results in litigation, then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

CLICK AND COLLECT

Click and Collect orders are to be collected at 500 Centre Road, Bentleigh, VIC, 3204. We will process your order within 1 business hour and notify you via email that your order is ready for pickup. If there is an issue with a product being out of stock, we will let you know prior. You will have 7 days to collect your order. If you do not collect you order within 7 days or contact us, we will issue a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.

 

COMPETITIONS

All competition entrants must be 18+ and based within Australia. Australian proof of identity may be required to fulfil on prizing. All entrants and winners release their name and image for the purpose of announcement of winners where deemed necessary or appropriate by The Saffa Shop.
