Make your own, great-tasting Biltong at home with the Casa Biltong kit. Can be used with beef or game meat.

1 Packet of Chilli flavour containing the following ingredients: Salt, Chilli Powder
1 packet of Casa Biltong cure containing the following ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Spices (Coriander, Fennel, Pepper), Flavour enhancer (621), Natural Colour (150a), Acidity Regulator (330). Processing aid: Canola Oil
Contents:
- 1 x 100G Packet of Seasoning
- 1 Bottle of brown vinegar and sauce solution 150ml
- Suitable for up to 3kg of meat
